The uniqueness of this soil composition and the abundance of sun exposure help grow the most exquisite artichokes you can find. We harvest them by hand at the peak of ripeness and process them a few miles from the fields where they are grown.
Pavoncelli Rustic Artichoke Hearts go though a process of oxidation that lasts 48 hours and are jarred with traditional Italian spices. This enhanced flavor makes them the star of any grazing table or charcuterie board.
